You have the option to return, for a refund request, any product ordered on the www.caressedorylag.com site within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. The retraction form can be found here. You will find further explanations in Article 6 of our General Terms of Sale.

 

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Your refund will take place within 14 free days from the date of receipt of the products by SCA des éleveurs d’Orylag.

Orylag is a natural material.
It is strongly advised not to leave the product in direct sunlight or near a source of heat, spray perfume on it, or dry clean it.
Cleaning should be done by a fur specialist. You can also
contact usfor cleaning.

We do our best to have all the articles available in stock. Exceptionnally, we could be out of stock. We kindly ask you to wait few days for the delivery. We will contact you to give you our best delivery date. Thanks for your understanding!

Orylag® is a unique and extraordinary rabbit bred in the South-West of France. Ethical code, commitment, care, respect and passion are the core concepts for Orylag® breeders.
The Orylag® breeding farms are responsible. The whole animal is transformed: its meat (Rex du Poitou) is cooked by star chiefs, and its fur (Orylag) is used for luxurious garments and accessories.
CARESSE D’ORYLAG is the signature of a unique French craftmanship.

Any delivery address located outside the countries mentioned will be refused when placing the order. We will not process an order with a P.O. Box.
