Sending the form :  You can fill in the form online, and we will send you an email for acknowledging receipt. You can also send us this withdrawal form by email or by registered letter, with your signature and the date of submission (the 14 days period will begin form the date of the letter or email).

Return of the products : You have maximum 14 days from the date of submission to return the products. The returned products must be in original condition, in their original packaging.

Refund : The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the products in original condition.
